No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. If you would like to return your order, please fill out the return form that came with the package. Make sure to include all the information requested on the form, such as the order number and the reason for the return. Once the form is complete, carefully seal the package and attach the shipping label that was also included with the package. Place the package in an appropriate shipping box and be sure to take the package to the post office or a courier service as soon as possible. Refund Policy
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
Returns & Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow a few days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. You may return your item (within 14 days) and place a new order.

For orders under 75 a shipping cost of 4,95 is charged.
All orders over 75 will be delivered for free.
